Used the app to check-in app said I had 7 minutes before my haircut, when I got there the board said 22 minutes before my check in. I sat down and decided to wait when I looked at the board again it said I only had 10 minutes to wait, when I looked at the board to check my waiting time again I got bumped back to 22 minutes. The app is terrible and and what's the point of having the app if you can't use it to check in and if you're going to get bumped on your waiting time

Super annoyed. I used the app to check in because I knew I would be pressed for time. The app said 33 minute wait time and start time would be 1623. We walked in the door a 1622. The monitor listed us as still having a 16 minute wait time. When I asked the receptionist why, she couldn’t tell me. We had to cancel.

Along with the bad hair cut. She was too busy talking with her coworker that she didn’t focus on the hair cut. Not worth $18.00
