I asked them do they know how to cut black people hair cause I'm picky and they said yeah they do. I got the cut and they showed me the in the mirror, it looked okay but when I got home it was horrible,I had a patch in my hair and now I look like crap also I think she was cutting my hair away from the grain not against it. I'm glad I used the free pass cause it's not worth 18$ at all,lol a 7.99 haircut is way better . I think I will continue the 7.99 until I find something better. Horrible horrible hair cut if your African American or have curly hair. I'm pretty upset!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had a haircut that was bad today...very bad! I went back to get it corrected, when I showed them, her response was “oh yeah that’s bad.” Manager told me to wait 20 minutes behind everyone else...no thanks! Going somewhere else. This is the absolute 1st review I’ve ever done on any company. I will never go back there.
